We work alongside it. AlayaCare remains the operational care platform — we integrate with it to bring clinical, scheduling, billing and outcome data into a unified data warehouse, where analytics, executive reporting and Quality Standards dashboards run.
Where does the data live?
On Microsoft Azure in Australian regions (Sydney and Melbourne), with Australian data residency. The platform is built on Microsoft Fabric or Azure Synapse depending on operator preference and existing investment.
Can you support AN-ACC compliance reporting?
Yes. AN-ACC care classification, care minute compliance and funding submission data are core to our digital health work — structured for audit, reconciliation and ongoing operational reporting rather than assembled at submission time.
How do predictive models avoid alarm fatigue?
By being calibrated for clinical action, not just statistical accuracy. We work with clinical leaders to set thresholds, define the action that should follow, and measure whether the action improved outcomes. Models that don't earn their place are removed.
Can this be done as a managed service?
